This Terms of Service applies to all my designs: pre-made or custom. By buying or bidding, it means you have read & agreed to the terms below.

Paypal & Debit / Credit Card accepted. No E-checks.

Payment must be made within 7 days of invoicing.

I allow extensions for emergencies if I am given at least 24 hours notice prior to the deadline.

If payment is not recieved 24 hours past the due date, the adopt will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale.

Payment plans are accepted. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upfront to hold your adopt. Later payments, dates, & amounts can be negotiated.

Abandoned adopts under a payment plan will be automatically refunded, except for the amount paid for the deposit.

Please credit me as the designer! You are free to use or edit them as you wish, but I ask that you do not edit or trace my art.

I am more than happy to make alterations to the original art. Small changes like color shifts + minor features are free, larger edits will incur a fee. You will be notified of any fees before being charged.

Co-ownership & buying a design for someone else is permitted.

All sales are final. I am willing to help resell a character out of courtesy. But I will not refund, buy, nor be responsible for reselling designs you do not wish to keep. Please be financially responsible!

My designs are for non-commercial use only; commercial rights can be given at an additional price. Unless commercial fees are paid, you may not use them for profit such as (but not limited to): Business mascots, merchandise, cast member for a project being developed to sell, “closed species” / “breedable” / derivative adopts based off the design or concept works.

Don’t be a flake. I understand life happens and will gladly accommodate in good faith. But I reserve the right to deny future service if the client takes advantage of that and consistently misses payments or makes false claims.

I reserve the right to decline a sale for any reason. This is rarely used. If you have a good track record, there’s nothing to worry about!

Designs can be gifted, traded, or resold for up to the value you paid for. (If you paid $80, you can only resell them at $80)

A higher resale price is allowed if the design comes with extra content that you have purchased and shipping costs, if applicable. (ie. purchased fursuit, commissioned art, etc.)

Art which has been obtained for free may not be used to increase resale price (ie. gifts, art trades, etc.)

You may also increase the resale price if you have created original work featuring the design. It must be 100% your own work and of equal quality & price to your standard commission offerings (ie. no napkin doodles or picrews).

The value of designs obtained via gift / trade will equal the amount the new owner has invested into them after acquisition. (ex: Gifted a $100 adopt that has $200 worth of art. Since then, you have only bought a $40 drawing of them - you can only resell them for $40, not $340).

Reselling co-owned adopts: If only one person paid for it, they are the only one allowed to resell it. If multiple people contributed funds, the party must decide who can resell the character, as well as any other conditions (such as splitting payment).

My designs are being used in an inappropriate or offensive manner: (Whitewashing, underage nsfw, racist caricatures, fetishizing slurs, etc.)

A chargeback is issued: (Purchased adoptables will immediately be relisted for sale & the owner will automatically lose ownership of the design[s].)

Claiming ownership for an adopt when it was revoked or never given: ("Owning" an abandoned adopt because I have your deposit.)

Inappropriate, disruptive, or harassing behaviors: (Guilt tripping, joke bids, harassing buyers, haggling, etc...)

Identity fraud: (Stealing parents' credit card, minors claiming to be 18+...)

Scalping: (Buying a design to resell at a higher price.)
